Celebrating its 20th anniversary year, The Regis School was founded in 1991 by Duchesne Academy parents seeking a Sacred Heart education for their sons. Fittingly, Regis bears the name of St. John Francis Regis, a Jesuit priest and the favorite saint of St. Philippine Duchesne. As a Sacred Heart School, education at Regis encompasses intellectual, spiritual, moral, and leadership development. The school offers a challenging core curriculum structured to educate and foster the specific learning style of boys. Additionally, Regis prepares its students for continuation of their education at the finest high schools in Houston.
Regis holds membership with the Network of Sacred Heart Schools, and is accredited through the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest and the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department.
