Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton (SHS) is seeking excellent candidates for a part-time Learning Specialist to support teachers and students in the preschool and kindergarten. The position is effective as soon as the right candidate is hired.


Organization Overview

The Academy of the Sacred Heart is a historic, independent coed Catholic school for students from preschool through eighth grade. Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton (SHS) is seeking excellent candidates for a middle school Math teacher for the 2017-2018 Academic year. This is a full-time position, teaching in the classroom and participating in the Sacred Heart community. This position will teach grades six through eight.


Required qualifications include three years of teaching experience at a middle school, preferably a Catholic or independent school, a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Math, Education, or a related field and a passion for teaching math to middle school students.

Sacred Heart, Greenwich, Connecticut, is an independent Catholic School for 730 girls in grades PS-12.  We are currently seeking a leave replacement Middle School mathematics teacher.  The position will begin in mid February and will most likely last through early June.

The Institutional Advancement Associate provides administrative support to the Director of Institutional Advancement in coordinating the Schools’ institutional advancement vision.  The IA Associate works closely with the Head of Schools and his assistant, the Advancement Team, Trustees and other leadership volunteers coordinating the ongoing work of the advancement of Sacred Heart Schools.  As a member of the Institutional Advancement Team, the IA Associate attends all departmental meetings and collaborates with IA colleagues on projects that involve shared responsibilities.  The Institutio
