Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton (SHS), Atherton, CA is seeking excellent candidates for part-time Afterschool Care Aides to join our team for the 2014-2015 school year.   The duties of the position begin in mid-August and extend through mid-June.  This is a part-time, non-exempt position compensated at the rate of $15 per hour and the hours are 2:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday during the weeks that school is in session.

Position Summary:

The Advancement Coordinator reports directly to the Advancement Director with specific responsibilities for assisting with the School’s fundraising goals.  The candidate must be a highly organized, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills, including phone presence, writing, and computer.  This position equates to approximately 60% time spent on donor database management and 40% time coordinating advancement special events including the School’s auction gala.
