Sacred Heart Schools, Chicago, IL is seeking a Primary School Physical Education and Health Teacher, whose chief responsibility will be to work within the scope of the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart Education to teach Kindergarten through second grade physical education within a differentiated group of students.   As a member of the Primary School faculty, this instructor will collaborate with the Head of the Primary School, grade level teams, division, and departmental teams.

The Boarding Program at Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart, Lake Forest, IL is accepting applications for House Parent.  The house parent resides in the boarding school and assumes responsibilities for boarding students (all girls).

The position requires candidates to be able to available from 3:15 PM until 8:30 AM.

Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart, Lake Forest, IL is seeking a U.S. History teacher.

This is a full time position (five courses and other duties) in the Social Studies Department.  The focus is United States History, and the position includes one AP (Advanced Placement) course.

Candidates are required to have a minimum of a B.A. in history and experience teaching a rigorous curriculum at the secondary level.  M.A. candidates are preferred. 

Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart, Lake Forest, IL seeks an After School Theater Director.

This after-school position requires the candidate to direct a fall (drama or comedy) and spring production (musical).

The position requires a proven track record of success in directing secondary students and producing successful performances.

The ideal situation would be for this person to teach the Introduction to Drama course offered quarterly to 9th grade students as part of their four-quarter arts requirement.
